Requirements
- Proven experience in building production automation systems connecting data, models, and marketing tools.
- Hands-on experience with major CRM platforms (Customer.io preferred) and customer data platforms.
- Ability to design AI-driven flows and strong systems thinking skills.
- Background in iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, or similar fields with high-volume customer data is a plus.
- Senior/Lead level experience with ownership of architecture, roadmap, and implementation.
